Prior to Seaglass Events, I was employed by British Heart Foundation, primarily working on their flagship event, London to Brighton Bike Ride. Accountable for operational planning and project management, I worked closely with CJA Events, BHF's Event Production partner, to deliver this iconic experience for 10,000 participants and raising over £1.2m.

In Autumn 2024, I worked for TRO on the rollout of a project for the worldwide brand, Amazon. Working as part of a small team, I managed the logistics of installing new graphics on 1500 delivery vehicles to promote the client's services. As part of this, I  recruited, trained and managed a team of 25 staff across 9 Amazon locations in Devon & Cornwall, Hampshire & North West England..

Before going solo, I worked for Alzheimer's Society, overseeing their flagship event series, Memory Walk - a fundraising event which asks participants to walk in memory of someone who lived with dementia. Overseeing marketing, stewardship and event delivery, my last series attracted more than 26,000 participants across 20 events, raising more than £2.65m for the charity, maintaining it's reputation as a market-leader in the charity walk space.

I joined Stellar Creates as Production Manager for 2025's 'Nightfall' in Middlesbrough. I led planning and production for a 3-night cultural light-art festival with a nightly attendance of 5,000 ticket holders. I procured suppliers and contractors, produced event safety paperwork, collected artist requirements to brief into the Technical Production supplier, and worked closely with local stakeholders. During live I ran Event Control, coordinating response with the on-site teams. This included dealing with anti-social behaviour, power outages and of course, whatever the weather threw our way.

As Overnight Build Manager, I worked under the Great Runs team to bring to life the start line for 60,000 Great North Run participants in September 2024. Working through the night, I was responsible for ensuring key infrastructure on the A167 and Claremont Road was in place, so runners could have the best possible start-line experience.

For the events in 2025 and 2026, I have worked with the Course team, managing charity and partnership activations across the 13.1 mile route.  As part of this I also produced specifications, briefings and managed recces for key course suppliers. On event day, I manage the last mile of the course.

Contracted through Massive after supporting delivery in 2025, I returned to TCS London Marathon in 2026 to project manage the planning, management and install of over 32km of branded scrim across the start, course and finish.

Working closely with the client, LME, I coordinated a team of 21 staff, over 200 crew and worked closely with transport, activations and logistics to ensure all sponsor branding was installed across the Mini Marathon on Sat and the main event on Sunday.

In 2025 and 2026, I was welcomed back by Massive to oversee planning, operations and delivery of a national series of sponsored walking events for KPMG, raising funds for Fareshare (now Felix). As project manager I managed suppliers, crew, F&B and venues, working closely with the client to bring their vision to life and maximise fundraising opportunities.

Working closely with Production and the Route Manager, we staged 5 events each year with routes from 1 to 20km, with an attendance of between 2500 to 3000 dependant on event location.

In 2024 and 2025 I worked for Massive on an up and coming tennis tournament, UTS Live, as Ticketing Manager. I managed ticketing operations for the 3-day event at Copper Box Arena with a capacity of 5000. I worked closely with ticketing platforms See Tickets and Ticketmaster on behalf of the client, UTS, to optimise sales across general admission and hospitality, as well as managing guest-list and VIP ticketing.

Palnning, logistics, production and delivery for the first Greater Manchester Wellbeing Series event, 2026. Contracted by City Wellbeing Series, I planned and delivered the inaugural 2km walk and 5.5km run for 1000 registered participants. I was responsible for the management and procurement of all staff, suppliers and contractors, course and site design, venue management and ultimately, delivering the client vision to prove this new concept.

Across the 2026 season, I have supported planning and logistics for a number of Great Run events, including Great Birmingham, Great Manchester and Great North 10km runs. This has included writing supplier specifications, producing briefings, building wayfinding plans and managing event activations.

I also supported on the planning and delivery of the European Athletic Championships in August 2026, to bolster team resource in the final month prior to delivery. I picked up a number of pieces of work, including staff, volunteer and supplier briefings, cleansing and toilet logistics, supplier research, branding plans and activation briefings for the elite Race Walk & Marathon events.

Outside of planning work, I continue to deliver events on-site, in a number of roles for a number of mass participation events including; Manchester Half & Manchester Marathon, London Landmarks Half Marathon, Macmillan Mighty Hikes and Hackney Moves.
